Commentary by memnarch (who has not seen the movie)
I find it conceptually odd that a monorail train would be used as transport at all. Like, I get that the directors wanted to have a train for some reason (probably a classic heist target), but Star Wars didn’t have trains before as far as I can recall. With hovercraft tech being as cheap and easy as it’s been shown before, there’d be no reason to have a train in the first place.
Having it be a coaxium heist is at least internally consistent. With how common space travel is, it doesn’t seem like it should be an incredibly valuable substance, but that’s how the movie is treating it so far.
“Very cinematic”? I bet this pair of questions was taken from the movie. With Han repeating Chewie’s line to make it intelligible for the audience or something like that. I’d be shocked if there wasn’t something similar at the very least.

Chewbacca: So why are we here on this hyperborean alpine planet?
Chi’ra: Good question.
{scene change: Chi’ra is lying on a snowy bank with Val and Beckett}
Chi’ra: So why are we here on this hyper-boring owl-buying planet?
Beckett: They’re transporting tons of valuable coaxium hyperfuel across this dangerous craggy landscape.
Beckett: On that monorail train that speeds by within millimetres of the rock.
Corey: Well that doesn’t sound stupidly dangerous at all.
Jim: It doesn’t? Um... the track was suspended by... rickety spiderweb-thin girders!
Corey: Rriiight. Much better.
Jim: Cool! By the way, did you notice that scene change? Very cinematic.
