Wow, that’s uh. Very blue. Smoky as well. Is this lair in the basement of a rave bar or something? It definitely isn’t a pleasant place to do anything productive as far as I can tell. At least this is the future distant past where reading is all on tablets or holographic displays; print would suck to read here.
So is Alberto the type to try and help when he can, ignore any problems that aren’t his where he doesn’t get something, or stab everyone else in the back no matter what? We know Han is going to end up smuggling things for a living while Greedo seemed like he habitually stole different identities. I’m going to guess then it’s mostly ignoring people’s problems in favor of solving his own (or the love interest’s) problems. With the major exception of helping poor Chewbacca out at some point. Chewbacca will probably think it’s a frying pan or fire situation, but this is backstory country.

Jim: I entered Proxima’s lair, walking past some young delinquents arguing over their loot.
Urchin 1: Look what I stole! Proxima will give me an extra portion for this!
[SFX]: Grab! {Urchin 2 snatches the item}
Urchin 2: Nope, I think she's gonna give that extra portion to me.
Urchin 1: Hey, give it back!
Urchin 3: It belongs to whoever's holding it!
Urchin 2: And that’s not you.
Jim: Growing up like this teaches you important lessons about trust, and about using people. Some lessons hurt more than others.
Pete: This lesson’s already hurting.
