The good guys would never do such heinous things!
That's why they can get away with it.

If you think about that a bit more Kylo, you'll see where the trap is. All Rey would need to do after getting to be evil is find an apprentice of her own, then kill you. And if that's not enough, pretending to be evil is a classic trope. Any evil overlord or overlord-wannabe should expect something like that. A good guy tempting a bad guy to do something to help the good side is a little different than usual, but it fits so well for TTRPG players!
Also, I know it's just the lighting and image compression hiding the details, but it's really amusing to me to see regular face Kylo suddenly grow a super obvious scar in his last panel.

Rey: If I’m to overcome the challenge of the Dark Side, I need you to help me access it.
Kylo Ren: And why would I help you?
Rey: You’re evil! Turning people to the Dark Side is what you do!
Kylo Ren: I don’t know...
Rey: It’s a great opportunity for you! Imagine how many brownie points you’d score with Snoke if you could turn me.
Kylo Ren: That is a good point. And once I have a Dark apprentice, it’s traditional for me to kill my master and take over.
Rey: Exactly! Then the two of us could challenge Nute Gunray for domination of the Galaxy.
Kylo Ren: ... How do I know this isn’t a trap?
Rey: Because I’m the Good Guy!
