One way to make NPCs memorable is to give them speech patterns with distinctive cadences or rhythmic patterns. While it's hard to ad-lib a speech in strict iambic pentameter, you can at least approximate it by stressing semi-random words in sentences.
There seems to be some miss-communication here. I don't think they are seeing eye to eye on what they are saying.
See what I did there? :-)

All that emphasis is making me read these guys' dialogue in Dak'kon's voice. Which, for those who haven't played Planescape: Torment, is the voice of AD Skinner from X-Files, but all mystical-like.
I reckon that makes this character a lot cooler for me than he's supposed to be.
Pete of course continues to be overly literal. I'm starting to think that one of the conditions of his Disadvantage was having to point out the Disadvantage as frequently as possible.
I wonder if he'll also point out that technically, putting a bag on their head isn't blindfolding them...

Benthic: Hold it right there! You're coming to see Jabba!
Cassian: Jabba? You work for Jabba?
Edrio: Yeah, and you'll work for Jabba soon too.
Cassian: We want to see him. Can you take us to see Jabba?
Benthic: No. We're taking you to see Jabba.
Cassian: But that's what we want. To see Jabba.
Edrio: Oh... you'll see Jabba all right. And he'll see you.
Benthic: And then we'll see!
Cassian: Uh, okay. We'll come peacefully and see Jabba.
Benthic: You're not seeing Jabba. You're being seen by Jabba. We'll see to that.
Chirrut: I won't.
Benthic: Wise guy, huh? Right, now you'll see. Blindfold them!
{the mercenaries blindfold Cassian, Bria, Baze, and Chirrut}
