Heck of a confusing situation if the big boss just runs away and that allows Alberto to escape someone pointing a blaster at him. It’s not like people living on this planet/moon/whatever-it-is wouldn’t know about the sun. At least Moloch isn’t stupid enough to not give chase. The goon squad likely isn’t far behind either.
Ahh, and here’s something that actually feels like Annie. Though she’d probably be the one spinning out the speeder there before driving off. And I’m almost disappointed the speeder doesn’t have a retroencabulator as well. Maybe that option for a turbo was too expensive and there wasn’t anyone else around to steal it from.

Jim: Proxima dived back into her pool, and Qi’ra and I fled in the confusion.
[SFX]: splash!
Jim: We ran to the speeder I’d stolen.
Qi’ra: An M-68?
Alberto: Is that what it is?
Qi’ra: Nice. Check out the quad venturicranks. Ooh, and the owner installed a rotarosplange and a spinning... interocitor.
Alberto: As long as it’s fast!
[SFX]: spark!
Jim: I hotwired it again and did a full 360 before speeding into the night.
[SFX]: Vrooom!
Pete: Day.
Jim: Uh, yeah, day.
[SFX]: pow pow!
[SFX]: Vrooom!
Moloch: You won’t get away this easily, Alberto!
