To celebrate the end of Episode III: Revelation of the Sith, we held a cake contest! The rules were simple: Make a Darths & Droids cake - one that is obviously based on the comic and not merely on Star Wars - and send us photos by the closing date (30 November, 2011).

We received two entries - we were hoping for more, but we guess the non-specified prize was not incentive enough. Never mind, both of the readers who submitted cakes will receive something that will have the rest of you kicking yourselves that you didn't enter!

But there can only be one winner, and that is reader TW, who sent in this beautifully done "Summon Bigger Fish" cake, based on the events of strip #208.

The runner up was Tasha, with this depiction of the heart-wrenching scene at the end of Episode I. Not even Qui-Gon's chocolate dice can save him here.
