Shifting walls are one of the classic dungeon maze traps. But simply sliding them around doesn't fully utilise all the available dimensions. Next time you have a group of hapless PCs stuck in a labyrinth, try rotating the walls and exchanging them with the floor and ceiling.

[SFX]: climb...
Anakin: Watch your step, Chancellor. The walls weren't designed to be walked on.
Palpatine: I hope you're right about all the lifts being out of action.
GM: The floor begins tilting as the ship restores normal gravity.
Anakin: R2! Get your act together!
R2-D2: Uh, in a little difficulty here...
GM: You start sliding down the lift shaft.
Anakin: Chancellor, grab my leg!
[SFX]: Yank! {Anakin grabs a cable and they end up dangling in the shaft}
Palpatine: This is fun; perhaps I should install a huge bottomless pit in my quarters for no apparent reason.
