Dumbfounding your fellow players is always fun. Catching the GM completely befuddled and lost for words is a step better.
The game Toon (which is a comedy game, admittedly), actually has a rule that you gain experience whenever you roleplay something so outrageous that it causes the GM to be bamboozled. In a game like Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition, which has rules for gaining Inspiration whenever you do an awesome bit of roleplaying, you can also award Inspiration for anything that leaves the GM utterly speechless.

Hahaha what? This really a thing in the movie as well? I almost have no coherent reaction to this. There's like nothing else I can think of that would get Allan slapped besides what's in the comic. Hmm, assuming he actually is Allan in the movie.
I've gone back and forth on Allan actually being Poe a little bit, but up until now, there's been nothing that actually looks like actual spy activity I could see. This? This says that there's something I'm missing because I really doubt that Star Wars would bother with something out of a bad romance comedy. Yeah, there've been bad romance scenes before with Anakin and Padmé in Episode II, but I think even Hollywood would think twice before trying something like that again. So if it is still Poe, maybe he's trying to act out to work around the brainwashing? Arguments against that though would be that it's a little too thinky for Star Wars and, if it's not a movie plot point, then it'd be really thinky for Jim to try and pull off.

Finn: What’s been happening?
Allan: I have a plan to get exactly what we want. Take over the Resistance.
Finn: Uh...
Allan: With Han Solo out of the way, whoever marries General Organa will be in a position of power.
Allan: So I’m gonna put the moves on her!
Finn: Finn has no coherent response. Can we fast-forward to Leia’s reaction to that?
GM: Sure.
[SFX]: Slap!! {Leia slaps Allan across the face}
Leia: How dare you! My husband’s been dead less than a day.
Allan: Sorry, General.
Leia: You’re cute, though. You can take me out to dinner next week.
