Heavy artillery is often decisive in a battle, so it makes sense to take it out of commission as soon as possible, if you can manage it.

If this involves attacking it hand-to-hand, so be it.

R2-D2: Wait. These Ewocs are Widdle and Wunka? And we had Wicket before. Do they have some sort of W fixation?
GM: No, they're perfectly normal names. Wunka is a wily and wiry warrior, and Widdle is Wicket's widdle brother.
R2-D2: You're kidding me.
