"Fight or flight" is a phrase often quoted as encapsulating the two options available in a stress or potential combat situation. But there is a third option, and one which should not be discounted: hide.
Preferably embellished as: hide, sneak up undetected, attack from behind with +4 to hit, and inflict triple damage.

Yoda: What will you do?
Luke: The absolute last thing he expects. Take the fight to him.
Yoda: <sigh> Exactly what I was hoping you would not do. Not the Jedi way, it is.
Luke: What do you suggest then? Hide here until he arrives with a fleet?
Yoda: Yes! Draw his attention away from other matters, it would.
Luke: He's gonna nuke this planet!
Yoda: Not if hidden it is.
Luke: You can't hide a planet.
Yoda: Not alone, am I.
Luke: I hate to break it to you, but if you're counting on the trees and rocks for help, you're gonna be a pile of radioactive disappointment.
