So in this bit of the film Anakin and Padmé are having a romantic reunion, while trying to keep their relationship a secret from the Jedi and the Senate. So naturally they have this conversation in public, in the entrance to the Senate building. With a bunch of Senators and Jedi walking by not far away.
Clearly there are no paparazzi in the Star Wars universe, or else this would be plastered all over the next day's newspapers.

Padmé: I realised we needed to talk after the restaurant thing. But I thought we needed a bit of time.
Padmé: I wasn't sure how much time, so I left it two days.
Padmé: During that whole time I was thinking, is this too much time?
Padmé: But I decided to stick with my plan. And then by the end of it I was sure it was too long, but by then it was too late.
Padmé: So I couldn't call then. And the longer I waited, the worse it got.
Padmé: After a week I realised that you were breaking up with me no matter what.
Anakin: J—
Padmé: No, let me finish!
Anakin: B—
Padmé: I couldn't face you breaking up with me, so I kept waiting on the off chance that I was mistaken.
Padmé: But the longer I waited the more I knew it, and I wanted to hold on to the fact that officially we were still together.
Padmé: Even though I hadn't seen you for two weeks at this point. And then, well, the last week has been pretty depressing.
Padmé: But I've come to terms with things, and I'm ready now.
Obi-Wan: Uh... Should we... uh... leave the room or something?
R2-D2: While you're up, can you get me some popcorn?
