We're guessing that if you're a Jedi nobody is going to "forget" to pay back any money they owe you. That's just one of those little perks they don't mention when you sign up.

On the other hand, when creating a character class, be careful that it doesn't grant big bonuses to Intimidation skill. That's the easy way to make people do what you want.
