What sort of technology and economics system makes a droid-pulled hover-rickshaw an economically viable means of passenger transport? Presumably it's easier and cheaper to:
- make antigravity assemblies than wheels, and
- manufacture a droid and pay skilled technicians to keep it in good repair in a hostile desert environment than it is to hire one rickshaw puller in a city full of peasants and slaves.

GM: Your ship lands in the wretched hive of scum and villainy that is Mos Espa.
{The Naboo ship lands.}
{Anakin and Padmé take a droid-pulled rickshaw through the town.}
Anakin: I arranged for an ex-slave to buy my mother out of slavery, so at least I knew she was safe.
Padmé: So where is she now?
Anakin: Watto will know. Let's go find him
Padmé: You don't know your own mother's address?
Anakin: She never told me. I wasn't coming back here anyway. There's still a price on my head. We'll need to be careful.
Padmé: And there's giant sand creatures to worry about too.
