Getting into an argument with the GM is a sure way of destroying a game. Unless you do it completely in character. Or at least can plausibly claim that you were in character the whole time and merely arguing with an NPC, not directly with the GM. To Annie of course, this isn't a problem, but the GM may be learning something here.
