Cast - IV. A New Generation

Player Characters

Princess Organa Princess Organa played by Annie.

Princess Organa is the Imperial Senator for Alderaan, and the adopted daughter of former Senator Bail Organa.

Annie originally joined the gaming group to improve her stage acting skills and became interested in its free-form approach to playing characters. She is dedicated to playing her character as a real, complex person with motivations inspired by a well-considered backstory.

Captain Antilles Captain Raymus Antilles played by Jim.

Captain Antilles is the pilot and captain of Princess Leia's diplomatic vessel Tantive IV.

Jim is a rather gung-ho roleplayer, interested in action, cool fight scenes, and lucrative spoils over careful consideration or puzzle solving. He frequently acts before he thinks, or at the other extreme comes up with overly elaborate plans for achieving what should be simple goals.

R2-D2 R2-D2 played by Pete.

R2-D2 is a droid mechanic, in the service of Captain Antilles.

Pete enjoys the game for the chance to do insanely dangerous things and to argue his way out of trouble using logic and the finer points of the game rules. Pete designed a character to maximise all the skills he thought would come in most useful in a space game, at the cost of being a short, squat robot with no arms.

C-3PO C-3PO played by Sally.

C-3PO is a protocol droid, in the service of Captain Antilles.

Sally is somewhat younger than the other players, but has grown to be an integral part of their gaming group. She has an active imagination and enjoys inventing details about the game setting and characters. Her gaming style is maturing as she grows older.

Adam Lars Adam Lars played by Corey.

Adam is the son of Owen and Beru Lars, moisture farmers on the desert planet of Tatooine.

Corey is Pete's nephew and was keen to play the "cool roleplaying game" that Pete told him about. The GM invited him to join, but Corey was surprised to find that there were no computers involved. He is new to the world of tabletop RPG gaming.

Obi-Wan Kenobi Obi-Wan Kenobi played by Ben.

Obi-Wan Kenobi is an aging Jedi Knight. He has been living as a hermit on Tatooine for the past 19 years.

Ben is a thoughtful roleplayer who tries to think through the best course of action within his character concept and the setting. He enjoys coming up with clever ways to justify the success of his plans within the premises of the setting. As Episode IV opens, nobody has heard from Ben for 2 years.

Greedo Greedo played by Jim.

Greedo is a "pilot" who meets Luke and Obi-Wan in a bar in Mos Eisley. He agrees to fly them to Naboo.
