Senator Padmé Amidala played by Jim.

Senator Amidala is the human Senator for Naboo in the Galactic Republic.

Jim is a rather gung-ho roleplayer, interested in action, cool fight scenes, and lucrative spoils over careful consideration or puzzle solving. He frequently acts before he thinks, which includes fixating on his own strange explanations for setting details that the GM hasn't explained yet.

Obi-Wan Kenobi played by Ben.

Obi-Wan is a Jedi knight.

Ben is a thoughtful roleplayer who tries to think through the best course of action within his character concept and the setting. He enjoys coming up with clever ways to justify the success of his plans within the premises of the setting.

Jar Jar Binks played by Sally.

Jar Jar is the Gungan Senator for Naboo in the Galactic Republic.

Sally is Ben's younger sister. Ben took her along to the game one evening a couple of years ago when his parents couldn't get a babysitter for the night. The GM quickly generated an alien character for her to play so she wouldn't get bored. She has now grown up a bit.

R2-D2 played by Pete.

R2-D2 is a droid mechanic, in the service of Senator Amidala.

Pete is an old friend of Jim's. Jim invited him along to join in the original adventure of this campaign. Pete designed a character to maximise all the skills he thought would come in most useful in a space game, at the cost of being a short, squat robot with no arms.

Anakin played by Annie.

Anakin is a Jedi padawan, apprenticed to Obi-Wan.

Annie is an acquaintance of Ben's, who attended his drama classes a while back. She got busy after exams and hasn't seen the other players for a couple of years. She is dedicated to playing her character as a real, complex person with motivations inspired by a well-considered backstory.

Dexter Jettster played by Sally.

Dexter Jettster is a retired adventurer, now running a retro diner on Coruscant. He is an old friend of Obi-Wan's, and offers help from his extensive background knowledge of the Galaxy, but is reluctant to leave the waitress droids running his diner without him.

Jocasta Nu played by Sally.

Jocasta Nu is the head librarian of the Jedi Library in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. She is extremely authoritarian and does not put up with anyone eating or talking above a whisper in her library. She considers most Jedi to be young whippersnappers and doesn't see why she should take time out of her important job to help them.

J. K. Burtola played by Sally.

J. K. Burtola is one of the Jedi Younglings training with Yoda in the Jedi Temple. He offered marvellous child-like wisdom and insight into a vexing problem that was puzzling Obi-Wan.

Taun We played by Sally.

Taun We is a native of the planet Kamino, and a good friend of the Prime Minister Lama Su. She is a giraffe alien with a very long neck, who thinks that Lama Su is a good Prime Minister because he has an even longer neck.

C-3PO played by Sally.

C-3PO is a protocol droid built by Anakin many years ago when he was Watto's slave. Anakin left C-3PO behind to look after his mother when some Jedi took him away to become a Jedi Knight. C-3PO is interested in organising balls and making sure everyone is having a good time.

Chancellor Palpatine.

Chancellor Palpatine is the leader of the Galactic Senate. He is a kindly man, genuinely concerned for the peace of the Galaxy as a whole. He was formerly Senator for Naboo, and as such takes a special interest in the welfare of both the human and Gungan population of the planet.

Captain Typho.

Captain Typho is head of security for Senator Amidala. As such, his job is to keep the Senator out of trouble, which seems to be a very difficult thing to do.

Mace Windu.

Mace Windu is a Jedi Master and one of the members of the Jedi Council.

Yoda.

Yoda is a Jedi Master and one of the members of the Jedi Council.

Zam Wessel.

Zam Wessel is a a down-and-out shapeshifter, trying to raise money with her window cleaning business for an operation for her sick son. She takes a job as a hired assassin to try to supplement her income.

Queen Jamillia.

Queen Jamillia is the new queen of Naboo, elected after Amidala retired to become a Galactic Senator. Her main concern is recovering the Peace Moon plans to help maintain peace with the Gungans.

Lama Su.

Lama Su is the Prime Minister of the planet Kamino. He was elected because he has a really, really long neck.

Boba Fett.

Boba Fett is the adopted son of Jango Fett.

Jango Fett.

Jango Fett hired Zam Wessel to assassinate Senator Amidala. He is also the model for a clone army being assembled by the Kaminoans for some unknown reason.

Watto.

Watto is an ex-junkyard owner, now down on his luck after some Jedi stole away his most useful and productive slave in a fixed gambling event some years ago. His business never recovered.

Owen Lars.

Owen Lars is a young moisture farmer on Tatooine, son of Cliegg Lars.

Beru Whitesun.

Beru Whitesun is the girlfriend of Owen Lars.

Cliegg Lars.

Cliegg Lars is a moisture farmer on Tatooine. He bought Shmi off Watto after Anakin left Tatooine, and then married her. He lost his leg in some sort of accident around that time.

Bail Organa.

Bail Organa is the Senator for Alderaan in the Galactic Senate.

Count Dookû.

Count Dookû is a retired Jedi who believes that the Republic is becoming corrupted from within. He has stolen the plans of the Naboo Peace Moon and seems intent on revealing some dark secret within them to the Galactic Senate.

Nute Gunray.

Nute Gunray is the leader of the Trade Federation and is a cool, calm, and collected tactical genius.
