Episode 826: Pall in the Family

The alias is a significant literary trope, and can often come up as a soution to a problem in a gaming session. The hard part is remembering to use it. So try to pick something even more memorable than your character's real name as your alias.

The only problem is then you might forget your real name...

Leia: So, Luke Amidala. Any relation to Senator Amidala?
Luke: Um, Obi-Wan said my mother's name was... Padmé?
Leia: You're the mythical child of Padmé and Anakin?! Then... You totally have Force powers.
Luke: Whoa. How do you know all this?
Leia: My dad used to spin me stories about the last days of the Jedi. He was a big shot Senator like your mother.
Luke: You're lucky. My... aunt and uncle never told me anything about my parents.
Leia: You gotta be careful. If the Empire finds out who you are, you're toast.
Luke: Oh, yeah. Obi-Wan said I should use my alias. Luke Starkiller.
Leia: Subtle.
